Well, I had to post this so closely on the heels of our Facebook discussion earlier today. Perhaps you’ve been feeling guilty with all the time you’ve spent on Facebook collecting “friends” you don’t even know. Now you can do something about it, and get something in return!
Burger King is running a promotion that will run on your Facebook page. For every ten “friends” you sacrifice (unfriend) you receive a FREE Whopper! The catch is that they’ll be told of course, that you unfriended them because you’d rather have a Whopper & it will go in your mini-feed. Some of you may think it’s worth it. If for some reason my traffic suddenly flows to this blog, I’ll know that I no longer am your friend and your sitting in Burger King with a smile on your face.
Think of me while your munching your fries, won’t you? By the way what will this do for your weight loss resolutions?
NO WAY; what does Burger King gain from this? Publicity? I’m not sure that I would rather clog my arteries than keep pseudo friends on Facebook…;)
