I am working on a sermon entitled, “Orphans: God’s Character and God’s Conduct” for Sunday, Feb.7,2010. I believe it will be the beginning of a continuing conversation in our church for developing ministry, home care and adoptive awareness. Some of the work started well before the Haiti disaster, but the earthquake certainly propelled things to the front burner.
